Ragnarok Server Merge

New ChaoS

Finally! I've been dreaming of this since I came back playing Ragnarok Online last September. I thought it was only a dream that all the three servers from RO will unite as one. But here it is! All the 3 servers had been merged altogether. During the past few weeks, I was wondering, can Ragnarok last a bit longer? As I stroll down the streets of Prontera in Baldur, I've noticed that the ragna market is dying. It's not the usual Prontera city that I've seen several years ago. And when you look at the total players that are online, it only averages to 900-1000 players. Not to mention that almost half of them are bots. Not only that, this November, LU will release Episode 18. Will it be still enjoyable to play ragnarok if most of your friends had quit because of the lack of fun events and exciting new features? Well, thanks to LU's quick thinking, they realize to combine the three servers to make our gaming experience better. I've played New Chaos in the morning and I was shocked! It felt like I've seen a miracle! The streets in Prontera had been full of online players, the market is growing really fast and I also met new friends. It's good to have a new healthy RO community! To all my past RO buddies, what are you waiting for? Balik Ragna na!

Proud to be Accretian

Accretia!!!!

I've been too bored for the past few days. I had been playing my good old games like Ragnarok Online and DOTA on GG client over and over again. That's why I've decided why not try something interesting. As I surf the net looking for a new hobby, something just came up my mind. I remember that some of my classmates has been addicted in playing RF online. I was told by them that RF is already free to play so why not try it? They told me that there are 3 races in the game namely, Accretia, Bellato and Cora. Of course I'm not that stupid enough to choose the race that is contrary to my classmates' race. I would be left alone if I chose another race rather than their Accretian race. I really found it cool when I saw how Accretians looks like. They seems to be Gundam-based race. After three days of playing RF, I already reach level 35 and now I've been participating in the Chip Wars. Of course I can't contribute a lot to my race because my level is not that high enough. But I know that someday I can contribute to my race and arouse our Accretian Empire!

Hana Kimi Jap (GMA 7) vs. Hana Kimi Tai (ABSCBN)

I've been suprised when I heard from one of groupmates on friendster that Hana Kimi Japan is going to be aired on GMA 7. At first I thought it's just a mere rumor but later I found out that it is actually true. Well, if you all know, I am a big fan of Maki Horikita. That's why I watched almost all of her movies and drama. Yesterday, as I watch Naruto at ABS CBN, I saw a teaser of Hana Kimi Taiwan version. I was really shocked! Why in the world would they release the said soap opera simultaneously? Is it another one of their competitions regarding t.v. rating? Well, it doesn't really matter to me. But eventhough I already watched Hana Kimi Japan, I will still watch it on t.v. I like to find out how good is the Tagalog dubs. To all of you who wants to know which is better, I will recommend watching the Japanese version because it's too hilarious to watch. I already heard from some sources that the Taiwanese version isn't that funny. It's just my opinion. I don't care whichever you chose to watch.

Hana Kimi (Japan Version)

Ikuta Toma(left),Horikita Maki(center),Oguri Shun(right)

Actually, I think I should have post it earlier because I've already finished watching Hana Kimi last month. But I guess it couldn't be helped. I'm been very busy the past few days. To start off, Hana Kimi is based on a manga in Japan. There is already a Taiwanese version of it before the Japanese version came out. From my point of view, I think Hana Kimi Japan is way too better than the Taiwanese version. The story goes like this, Ashiya Mizuki(Horikita Maki) is a female who pretended to be a boy in order to study in an all-boys school. The story goes crazy when one student named Nakatsu Shuichi(Ikuta Toma) fell in-love with her. Thinking that Mizuki is a boy, he deeply kept his feeling for her. But Mizuki has an affection for his high-jumper idol Sano(Oguri Shun). I can't tell any of the plot anymore because it's too long. But I'm sure you'll really like this jdorama because is filled with hilarious stupidity. I think every one-hour episode is worth watching. I just couldn't help myself laugh whenever I watch every single episode. It's very funny and heart warming in it's own way. You can watch this series in www.crunchyroll.com and veoh. If you like watching Coffee Prince, then you'll surely love this one! Hana Kimi Japan is way, way better than Coffe Prince. Horikita Maki sure makes me adore her more! I hope that there's gonna be a second season of this drama.

A Path to 99!

[BS]_=VaSsiLi=_

I've enjoyed playing with my Blacksmith character in Ragnarok Online for a while now. Right now my character's level is 97. I can't wait for my character to turn 99 to change it's job to a Whitesmith/Mastersmith. To attain my fast leveling skid, I'm using a water elemental converter for my weapon to boost it's damage on Minorous and Pasana. Well, if you all know, I've been a pRO botter since I first played my Ragnarok account. Currently I've been botting my character 24/7. In my own calculation, I would reach level 99 on February 10 or less. I can't wait for the said date! If I turn 99, I would probably use a Field Manual to boost my experience to become a Whitesmith more efficiently.

Nobuta wo Produce Finale

Shuji(left),Nobuta{center),Akira(right)

Finally, I've been able to finish Nobuta wo Produce. It's kinda unexpected how the series ended up. At first I thought there will be a love triangle between the three best friends, Shuji, Akira and Nobuta. But when I watched the last episode, I've found out that the story merely focuses on true friendship and overcoming obstacles in life. I never thought that the story would end up like that. The ending goes like this, Shuji's dad had to move in to another city because of his work. That makes Shuji and his family to move to that place together. He told Akira and Nobuta that he will transfer to another school in the next semester. And of course, the three friends had thier own sad moments because of this incident. After some time, Shuji's classmates found out that he'll transfer in the next semester. On Shuji's departure, Akira, Nobuta and all of their classmates gave Shuji a heart warming goodbyes. The next scene was that Shuji is introduced to his new classmates but suddenly he saw something unusual. He saw Akira standing at the back of the room. Could it be an illusion? That's what I thought at first. But actually, it's really Akira. Shuji asked his new classmate how did Akira came to his new school. the classmate said that he was on a helicopter a day before Shuji's arrival. When Shuji asked Akira why he followed him, Akira said it was said by Nobuta. Nobuta really wanted to live on her own without the help of Akira and Shuji. She really appriciate everything that Shuji and Akira had done. But life must go on. She must live life to the fullest without the help of her best friends. On the next scene. We will see Nobuta together with Mariko (Shuji's ex-girlfriend). Nobuta and Mariko became best of friends. Nobuta will then go to the school's rooftop where she, Shuji and Akira meet. Nobuta will smile brightly and thank her friends for making her what she is now. The last scene will be Shuji and Akira playing on the beach without Nobuta. It's kinda gay though :P I really thought that Akira and Nobuta will become lovers in the end but I'm shocked that the series really focuses in the three characters' everlasting friendship. I hope there will be a part 2 of this series.

Nobuta wo Produce (A must-watch JDorama!)

Nobuta wo Produce

Last time I've been adicted in watching horror movies and then after some time I've switched watching Korean and Japanese series. One series that really makes me feel thankfull that I'm alive is Nobuta wo Produce. It is a story about true friendship, love, being confident and independent. I haven't finished the series yet but it trully inspires me and made me value my old memories whether it's good or bad. The series is not drama all the way. It contains some humors and crazy stuffs that everybody can enjoy. The story goes like this, a girl named Kotani Nobuko transfered high school. She is the type of person who is always shy and somewhat called a " loner" and wherever school and place she went to, she is always bullied. She has no friends and the only friend that she think she got is her doll. When she transfered high school, she met two guys, Shuji and Akira. After seeing Nobuko being picked on by her female classmates, Shuji and Akira decided to change the way people treat Nobuko. They decided to make Nobuko the most popular female in their school. They call it producing Nobuko. They thought that Nobuko's name is kinda odd so Akira, Shuji and Nobuko name herself as Nobuta. In Japan, buta means "pig" which Shuji made by a piece of cloth to repair Nobuko's necktie in episode 1. The producer will be Shuji who is currently the most popular guy in school. They planned it secretly and vowed not to tell anybody about thier plans. Maybe you're thinking it's another one of your average high school Japanese comedy series but it's not. That's what I think before watching some of it's episodes. But believe me, it's truly inspiring and I wish I had true friends like them. It is a transformation of Nobuko who is a shy-type to a Nobuta who is socially capable of getting into the real world. I also like the way the story goes from drama to some sort of comedy. The actors and actresses are really great specially Maki Horikita who is playing Kotani Nobuko. She's also Ashiya Mizuki in Hana Kimi (Japan Version) which is also a hilarious series. I can say that she's really cute and she is versatile in acting concluding from Nobuta wo Produce to her superb acting in Hana Kimi from 2007. I really recommend this series for people who are bored in life and may think that they are alone in this world. It will teach us to appreciate little things that life could bring. Somehow I can relate to Nobuta because I've got somehow the same personality in my childhood :P For me this is one of the best comedic drama ever created. The storyline is good, cinematography is good and casting is superb! I've posted some screen caps on my post! You must watch it! A must-see JDorama! Sayonara!

The Beauty Behind Horror Films

The Ghost a.k.a Dead Friend

Are you fond of watching horror movies? If you're gonna ask me, I really really do. But lately, I've noticed something very unusual in watching horror movies. Almost all the lead characters are females with thier respectively charming beauties. It's kinda ironic how Japanese and Korean filmakers do such gimmicks in the betterment of the movie genre. During the past year, I found Lim Eun-Kyoung cute when I watch Inhyeongsa. On the past months as I begun having an urge in watching these kind of films, I fell kinda in-love with actresses Erika Sawajiri (Ghost Train), Maki Horikita (One Missed Call: Final), Kim Ok-Bin (Whispering Corridors 4: Voice), Kim Ha Neul (Dead Friend) and others (I forgot thier names :P) Well, I guess it's a good mixture of suspense, thrill and some blend of beauty behind horror films. I'm not anymore being scared of watching any ghost related horror movies or whatever 'coz I'm really being mesmerize by the beauty of such individuals. Can you imagine? Instead of being horrified by these long-haired-vengeful-female-ghost, I now look at the bright side of how beautiful the characters are in real life. I'm still fond of watching such horror films eventhough I'm not scared at all. What matters to me now is how the story cope up and I like the unexpected twist in these stories at the end of the movie. I'll be posting some cute pictures of the gorgeous females I've mentioned above.
